Industrial Resourcing, over the course of what is now four decades, has provided temporary personnel, including licensed trades professionals and CDL drivers in groups of two to 300 during crisis situations, including seasonal or market driven upturns in business.
Deployment of such a workforce if needed immediately, can require heavy attention and if a temporary services company is not adroit at such an effort, it can be costly. While getting workers to you rapidly is our mission, we do not sacrifice qualification of workers, travel costs and safety issues in the attempt.
Often, if increasing the workforce in time critical, inexperienced and unqualified personnel may wind up being deployed by temp services who do not normally deal with long term or special projects. However, Industrial Resourcing still prepares qualification briefs on each employee for approval by the client company's management team or human resources designate. Finding the right fit before deployment requires transparent communication. We re-qualify even those who have worked with us before as well as those who have worked with other vendors.
We also find it necessary to determine if their skill set has been updated, if issues of safety and substance abuse have occurred since we last employed them and if one skill set appears to be a match terminology-wise, but actually is not. While such screening is not a hundred percent reliable, it remains transparent to the client company. The ability to cross out a candidate prior to deployment is far less expensive than learning a worker's skills are lacking or do not fit after he/she has been transported, processed, sent to orientation and put to work.
